CHECKOUT PROCEDURES

We hope you have enjoyed your stay at our home. Please note that checkout time is 11am on the designated date of checkout. Please be sure to completely vacate the premises by 11am as the cleaning service has a very short turnover window to work within. Before you leave, we ask that you please do the following to help us prepare for our next guests:

·      Take out all trash (bathroom bins too) and recycling out to trash and recycling cans by the road.

·      Load dishes into dishwasher, run on normal cycle.

·      Check to see that you have all belongings including chargers, linens, towels, and food items. Double check under beds, in drawers, fridge and freezer.

·      Turn the AC up to 75 degrees (both thermostats).

·      Return any moved furniture to it’s original location.

·      Sweep floors and decks.

·      Close and lock all windows and doors.  

We would also appreciate an entry in our guestbook on the coffee table! We love to hear from our guests, and you can help future guests by adding recommendations for your favorite restaurants and activities that you enjoyed during your stay. We hope you had a pleasant, relaxing stay. Please have a safe journey home and visit us again in the future.
